There are several possible online dictionary software. I have used some of them and recommended.
LEO GmbH:
http://dict.leo.org or http://pda.leo.org for cleanner user interface.
German to and from English, France, Spainish, Italianish and Chinese. This dictionary is complete but you can only use one word for translation. You can integrate this dictionary with your browser like Opera and Firefox. The manual for doing this can be read from:

Google Language Tools:

You can translate the whole website, word or sentences that you have copied from somewhere.
Babel Fish

Similar to google language tools, you can translate words, sentences and websites from and to many languages.

you can translate words, sentences and websites from and to many languages.
Firefox Add On:
